The Chickasaw Study

An artist and spokesperson for the "Native American Ways of
the Chickasaw Nation" I felt it was time to pay tribute
to friend and model in (his everyday natural state).
James Blackburn who has posed many times for me and
looks like the character he portrays on a daily basis. This
is nearly an exact photo of the presence of James
Blackburn or "The Chickasaw Study". James makes authentic
Chickasaw knives with scabbards and can be seen in the
paintings I have done while wearing his own art in paintings
such as "War Trail Along the Holston", "Cuttin' Center".
